A career spanning 20 years with global leading organizations in hospitality and healthcare technology sectors, I bring a unique blend of skills and insights to the leadership transformation and development journey. I have navigated through many leadership challenges in my career and therefore I easily relate to the struggles that my clients face.

My approach combines proven coaching techniques with tailored strategies that focus on building self-awareness and self-advocacy, enhancing communication and presentation skills through storytelling, and fostering a strong personal brand. I believe that every leader has a unique story and strengths that, when properly leveraged, can inspire and influence those around them. My mission is to help executives and individuals not only achieve their professional goals but also to become inspiring, impactful figures who drive positive change within their organizations and beyond.

I am a Certified Coach in Marshall Goldsmith's Stakeholder Centered Coaching, the world’s leading experts on executive coaching.  I am also an NLP Master Practitioner, and an Emotional Intelligence Facilitator. I am also an alumnus of In Her Element program by The Disruptive Element and Women Executive Leadership Program (e-course) from Cornell University.
